As a youth motivational speaker, I am passionate about empowering young minds to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles and live their dreams. My speeches are always authentic, relatable and filled with useful insights to help my young audiences become the best versions of themselves. I believe that every youth has the potential to achieve great things, and it is my privilege to play a role in helping them realize their capabilities. I will leaving knowing It's Time for them to live in their purpose.

Duane Kyles delivers humor, intelligence, and authenticity with use of personal experiences enabling his ability to connect with the audience.
From personal experience, having Mr. Kyles as a guest speaker within our opening sessions of our Big Brother Program for males, ages 13 - 18; his genuine nature provided our mentees an opportunity to learn from a leader who is able to communicate growth through transparency.
We create environments for our youth to honestly communicate without judgement so after hearing from Mr. Kyles, we asked if they enjoyed the experience & the answer was 100% Yes.
